Olympic Champion, On-Air Talent
Since Ted’s retirement from World Cup skiing in 2021, he has remained active and engaged in the outdoor sports world. A household name in the ski community, he’s a life-long skier and ambassador for sports and an active lifestyle. Born and raised in Park City, Utah, Ted is now raising his three young boys in Park City.

LEA DAVISON
2x Olympian, Media Host, Commentator
Lea retired from Olympic and World Cup mountain biking in 2022 and began to focus on her continued advocacy in three key areas: making cycling more accessible and inclusive, equality in women’s sports, and climate advocacy.
Lea has established herself as a trusted voice in the cycling and outdoor communities, and has experience commentating live events, hosting clinics, and delivering keynote speeches. In addition to her keynote speech and TEDx Talk titled "How to Win When You Don't," Lea has extensive experience talking about a variety of topics including being a trailblazer as one of the first out LGBTQ+ Olympians in the cycling community and overcoming failure and adversity.

KIKKAN RANDALL
Olympic Gold Medalist, Cancer Fighter, Motivational Speaker
Kikkan Randall was instrumental in building one of the world's best cross country ski teams. Shortly after winning Olympic Gold in 2018, she was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer. She set a goal to remain active throughout her cancer treatment and came back to finish the 2019 NYC marathon in under three hours.
Life is full of challenges and the attitude you choose to meet these challenges with determines whether you “dive” or “thrive”. Through a journey of 5 Olympics Kikkan learned valuable skills that have helped her become an Olympic Champion, return to elite competition after the birth of her son, and battle cancer.

She has the ability to share her riveting story with confidence on topics related to business, sport, perseverance, team building, and leadership.
